Dorset Art Weeks Special (Half Day)

Special afternoon courses available from 25th May until 9h June 2024 for a discounted price of £50.

Be part of Dorset Art Weeks! create your own copper foil panel (note this course starts at 1 pm until 4:30 pm).

Create a copper foil stained glass panel or crazy bird to to take home as a personal memento of Dorset Art Weeks. Copper foiling is also known as Tiffany Style often used in light shades.

This course will take you through the design of your panel or crazy bird, creating a template, cutting glass, and copper foiling. These components will then be soldered together before being fitted into the frame.

All materials are included glass, copper foil and solder. If you have time you can make more than one item.

The finished glass panel size will be approx 15 cm x 15 cm.

The studio will be open for visitors during Dorset Art Weeks, so you will become part of Dorset Art Weeks yourself! Special Price for Art Weeks…
