Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments via paypal.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When you receive an order confirmation, this will let you know that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect the situation or I am no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, ie it was a one-off item.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
I am currently not VAT registered so tax is not charged on items sold via my website.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 2 weeks of purchase and we will happily exchange or refund it. If the item is damaged, please send us by email a picture of the damaged item.
Please enclose your order number and contact details in the return parcel and drop us a line or give us a call in advance so that we are expecting your parcel. If the product is faulty, please return the item the cheapest way possible e.g. 2nd Class Post (please retain a proof of postage) and once the fault has been confirmed your postage will be refunded.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt but you will need to return the item with no damage to us at your cost. This includes any delivery charge but excludes the return postage cost.
If you return a product to us we’ll refund the original debit/credit card via the PayPal account used for the purchase. If the product is faulty, and has been returned the cheapest way possible (e.g. 2nd Class post), we will refund the return postage. If you choose to return the parcel by a more expensive means, we will refund you to the value of 2nd Class post.
Condition of Returns
It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase, it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you send back the item as soon as possible.
Products we’re unable to refund or exchange
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:
- special order items
- custom made commissioned items
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Standard Delivery Information
Maxine Chandler Glass Art offers a range of delivery options worldwide using Royal Mail and Courier services. For orders most orders UK delivery is FREE, if it is not then the item will display the specific delivery charge.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday and before 12pm Friday by the next working day.
We do not process orders over the weekend, so if you place your order after 12pm on Friday and throughout the weekend, we will post it to you on Monday.
Proof of Delivery
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Privacy and Online Security
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you: your name, payment address, email address and phone number.
In order to process your payment most securely, we use the reputable third-party payment provider PayPal. When you click the ‘Confirm Order’ button on our website, your order details will be sent to the PayPal website, which will use those details to verify and authorise your payment and to process your order. PayPal is obliged under EU legislation to keep your personal information private.
We realise how important it is to store securely any information that you provide. Workshop Heaven maintains the highest levels of internet security. Our website is fully PCI DSS compliant for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfil customer orders
